Good, honest crew to deal with. The roofing job was completed as quickly as it could be given the weather. Project manager was great to deal with. He explained everything clearly and from quote through to final payment has been very professional. Working with Pace to have my roof repointed and a moss treatment sprayed across the roof was a great stress-free experience. Chaise the Project Manager always kept me informed on progress and was easy to work with. The repairs were done extremely well. Photos were taken before and after the repointing had been done, and Chaise also replaced a few cracked tiles that caused a leak onto the lounge ceiling. He also provided photos of this repair and explained in detail the work carried out by his team. I would highly recommend Pace CONSTRUCTION to undertake any work to your roof, they were professional in their approach and easy to talk with. The price was very reasonable, and the work done to my roof leaves me happy that when Winter and the unpredictable weather comes my roof is definitely watertight.
